Our Family

Andrew's love of animals started with spending time with his grandpa Harold on the farm. He grew up showing cattle and sheep at the local 4-H county fair. Sarah grew up on a farm down in Tipton where she learned farming alongside her dad and grandpa. Andrew and Sarah Bolinger got married in 2017 and have been living here on the farm since. Both attended Purdue University and majored in agriculture degrees that have helped to provide them with knowledge they use on the farm.

They started a family a few years later, and have began the all important job of passing on the knowledge to the future generation of young farmers. They have a love of their livestock and the appreciation of God's creation. Their hope is to steward the land and soil by ethically raising livestock that promote biodiversity in the environment.

Most of their time is spent here on the farm enjoying what each season brings. You can find them:

-moving the cattle & sheep for their rotational grazing practices

-collecting maple sap for syrup making

-growing a family garden

-whelping puppies for their Deep Creek Mini Aussiedoodles business

-attending Liberty Mills Church of the Brethren

-hunting deer and turkey

-enjoying family life together on the farm

In addition to their online sales, their meat & egg products are also available at their farm store. Farm visits by customers are encouraged! The hope is that everyone can grow to appreciate where their food comes from and meet the farmers that grow it. They also attend local farmers markets including the Wabash Farmers Market.
