Beef & Pork Bundles

In addition to selling retail cuts of beef, pork, and lamb, our farm also offers the option for filling your freezer with bundles! Our bundles are priced to save the customer compared to buying all of the bundle items individually. Bundles are paid for and picked up from our farm in North Manchester. Our animals are currently processed at This Old Farm in Colfax, IN. 

Beef Bundles

-Available in 1/4, 1/2, or Whole

-Deposits for guaranteed appointments are $50/quarter bundle

-Bundles are priced at $900/quarter bundle 

-Bundles can be bought throughout the year upon availability

What Comes in a 1/4 Bundle?

• Ground: 45lbs
• Outside Skirt OR Inside Skirt OR Flank Steak: 1 package/1.5lbs
• Tenderloin/Fillet: 5 packages/2.5lbs
• New York Strip Steak: 7 packages/5.5lbs
• Ribeye Steak: 5 packages/3.5lbs
• Top Sirloin Center Cut Steak: 2 packages/2lbs
• Rump Roast: 2 packages/5.7lbs
• Chuck Roast: 4 packages/13lbs
• Arm Roast: 1 package/3.5lbs
• Sirloin Tip Roast: 1 package/3.4lbs
• Brisket (Flat OR Point): 1 package/5lbs
• Cubed steak: 4 packages/3.2lbs

*Cuts of meat are 1/package with exception of cubed steak

Pork Bundles

-Available in 1/2 or Whole

-Deposits for guaranteed appointments are $50/half

-Bundles are priced at $600/half bundle

-Bundles can be bought throughout the year upon availability

What Comes in a 1/2 Bundle?

• Sausage or ground pork: 25lbs
• Boston Butts: 4 packages/10lbs
• Boneless Tenderloins: 20 packages/8lbs
• Bacon, Jowl Bacon, & Bacon Ends: 30lbs 
• Ham Roasts & Ham Slices: 35lbs

*Cuts of meat are 1/package with the exception of brats

*Brats can be substituted for sausage/ground pork

*Loin roasts can be substituted for boneless tenderloins

*Leaf & Back Fat available upon request
