Custom Beef & Pork

In addition to selling retail cuts of beef, pork, and lamb, our farm also offers the option custom freezer beef and pork. We charge $3.50/lb hanging weight. The customer is also responsible for paying for their own processing to the butcher and for picking up their boxes of meat from the butcher. We currently take animals to This Old Farm located in Colfax, Indiana. 

 

Beef is available in 1/4, 1/2 or whole

-$50/quarter non-refundable deposit required

-Appointments available: June, July, September, October, November & December

Ground: 108lbs
Patties: 7lbs
Ribeye steak: 11lbs
Sirloin steak: 5lbs
*T-bone steaks: 12lbs
Rump roast: 6lbs
Chuck roast: 20lbs
Arm roast: 6lbs
Brisket: 4lbs
Cubed steak: 25lbs

*New York strips and fillets can requested in place of t-bone steaks

Other cuts available: kabob meat, stew meat, meat sticks, soup bones, flank steak, round steak, etc.

Pork is available in 1/2 or whole

-Appointments available: August, September, & December

-$50/half non-refundable deposit required 

-A whole hog will typically be around 175-225lbs hanging weight

Sausage bulk & patties, bacon, ham slices, pork chops, hams/roasts, steaks, brats & more!
